Le cahier des charges

A l’occasion du colloque de printemps de l’Avicca, Levana Events a eu le plaisir d’accompagner InfraNum dans l’organisation de sa 4ème rencontre sur le sujet des territoires connectés et durables.

La réalisation

Pour cet afterwork client, nous sélectionnons une jolie péniche face au Louvre. Les invités profitent du coucher de soleil depuis le ponton supérieur en dégustant de délicieux petits fours et en savourant une coupe de champagne.

Adhérents et collectivités assistent également à des prises de paroles impactantes sur le développement d’infrastructures numériques, ce qui a permis des échanges passionnants avec des retours d’expérience de qualité.

Le cahier des charges

Comme tous les ans, Olympus France fait confiance à Levana Events pour la réalisation complète de son arbre de Noël le temps d’une après-midi.

La réalisation

Nous mettons en place, pour l’occasion, des ateliers créatifs : confection de peluches et de chaussettes de Noël, sculpture de ballons, customisation de toiles, atelier tatouages paillettes…

Pour les plus gourmands, un stand de gaufres, de barbes à papa et de pop-corns. Une mascotte renne et un bonhomme de neige ont déambulé pour surprendre petits et grands. Un photobooth est aussi installé pour immortaliser ces moments magiques en famille.

Pour clore cette belle après-midi, un beau spectacle de magie sur le thème des bonbons enchante les bambins avant la distribution des cadeaux par le Père Noël.

Le bilan

Près de 85 enfants sont repartis des étoiles plein les yeux, au bras de leurs parents heureux. Bravo à Olympus France d’offrir ce moment de partage à ces employés.

Le cahier des charges

L’équipe informatique de la Fédération Française du Bâtiment nous a contactés pour l’organisation d’une soirée entreprise au coeur de Paris.

La réalisation

Nous trouvons un rooftop parisien, le Pedzouille, avec une vue imprenable sur la Tour Eiffel afin d’accueillir les équipes. Nous organisons un cocktail dans un speakeasy privatisé pour l’occasion, suivi d’un délicieux dîner assis, le tout agrémenté d’une session karaoké pour le plus grand plaisir des participants.

Le bilan

Cette soirée d’entreprise est une réussite : bonne humeur, rires, partages étaient les maîtres mots de cet événement.

Le cahier des charges

Après des mois de travaux et quelques années sans événements, le distributeur spécialiste en courant faible a l’immense plaisir de recevoir 200 invités qui profitent de la présence de 25 fournisseurs sur place. Nous avons carte blanche pour l’organisation globale de l’évènement.

La réalisation

Le format de l’évènement étant sur une journée complète, nous pensons à tout pour un accueil aux petits oignons :  petit déjeuner, organisation des  visites des fournisseurs exposants au sein de l’entreprise, foodtruck, bar à vins, atelier de mixologie, bar à vinyles pour l’animation et un photobooth pour de jolis souvenirs. Nous travaillons sur la logistique, coordonnant chaque aspect de l’événement, permettant ainsi au client de profiter pleinement.

Le bilan

Cette inauguration est une véritable réussite, offrant à tous les participants une expérience enrichissante et inoubliable. Au cours de cet événement, les invités découvrent les nouveaux locaux de l’agence, échangent sur les perspectives d’avenir et renforcent leurs liens professionnels dans une atmosphère chaleureuse.

Le cahier des charges

L’objectif est de célébrer les 10 ans d’InfraNum, fédération engagée pour le développement des infrastructures numériques et partenaire de la connectivité des territoires.  Nous sommes en charge de concevoir l’évènement de A à Z en proposant un joli lieu de réception, une décoration épurée, un diner gourmand et diverses animations.

La réalisation

L’évènement se déroule dans un lieu Parisien d’exception, le Pavillon Royal, dans le but de reconnaître l’engagement des collaborateurs et partenaires de l’entreprise. De la conception du menu à la décoration, en passant par la technique et l’animation, chaque aspect de cet anniversaire a été soigneusement orchestré pour mettre en valeur le cheminement remarquable d’InfraNum dans son domaine. L’événement a été conçu sur-mesure, par nos soins, pour refléter l’engagement continu de l’entreprise dans l’amélioration de l’accès au très haut débit pour tous.

Cet événement offre une occasion parfaite à InfraNum de remercier chaleureusement toutes les parties prenantes, adhérents, partenaires, institutions, collectivités pour leur contribution à cette réussite collective. Le cahier des charges

L’entreprise souhaite réunir, au sein de ses locaux, ses 110 collaborateurs accompagnés de leurs enfants, plus précisément au nombre de 70. Nous sommes en charge de concevoir l’évènement de A à Z en proposant diverses animations.

La réalisation

Nous prenons soin de proposer à Olympus France, diverses activités pour ravir les enfants et leurs parents avec notamment la mise en place de plusieurs ateliers créatifs. Ainsi, on retrouve sur place : un atelier de confection de peluches et de boules de Noël, un atelier de sculptures de ballons, customisation de sablés ou encore un atelier tatouage paillettes… Les enfants sont émerveillés par un spectacle de magie et de jonglage. Tout au long de l’après midi, petits et grands bénéficient d’un stand de crêpes et de gourmandises proposant bonbons, gâteaux et autres sucreries. L’ensemble des collaborateurs profite de la présence d’un photobooth pour immortaliser ces moments familiaux. Enfin, pour le clou du spectacle, un père Noël ainsi qu’une mascotte renne viennent remettre des cadeaux aux enfants.

Cet arbre de Noël fut un évènement magique et mémorable pour chacune des familles présentes.

Le cahier des charges

Sogetrel nous donne pour mission de trouver un lieu de réception chaleureux sur Paris pouvant accueillir 180 invités. Nous devons également trouver un traiteur pour le diner ainsi qu’une animation pour divertir les invités.

La réalisation

Le client souhaite réitérer l’expérience sur le rooftop Pedzouille, au 8^ème étage du Novotel Paris Porte de Versailles. Les convives profitent ainsi d’une jolie terrasse décorée pour admirer la vue exceptionnelle sur la tour Eiffel illuminée. Ils bénéficient également d’un espace intérieur pour déguster des produits frais du terroir, boire des cocktails et profiter de l’incroyable spectacle d’une flair bartender. Tout le monde est impressionné par sa maitrise parfaite du jonglage avec les bouteilles.

Les invités assistent également à l’intervention de quelques experts venus s’exprimer sur les grands enjeux des territoires connectés et durables.

Le bilan

Encore un franc succès pour ce deuxième afterwork privé à Paris, un moment hors du temps, convivial et d’échanges qui a ravi tous les participants.

Le cahier des charges

Sogetrel nous contacte pour organiser une série d’afterworks dans différentes régions de France, cette fois-ci la soirée prend place à Toulouse.

Sogetrel et ses partenaires nous demandent de trouver un lieu de réception pouvant accueillir leurs 80 invités ainsi qu’un service traiteur pour le buffet dinatoire. Enfin, ils souhaitent se laisser surprendre par des animations proposées par Levana Events.

La réalisation

Nous proposons plusieurs établissements répondant au cahier des charges de notre client. Cette fois-ci, leur choix s’est porté sur le Grand Café le Florida implanté sur la célèbre place du capitole face à l’hôtel de ville de Toulouse. Ce lieu unique permet aux invités de circuler librement entre un espace extérieur pour profiter du cocktail de la vue et d’un espace en intérieur pour se restaurer à leur convenance.

Ainsi, les invités profitent d’un buffet dinatoire proposant des mets gourmands et authentiques.

En parallèle, nous avons proposé une animation de dégustation de vins afin de permettre aux invités d’explorer des grands crus aux saveurs aromatiques toutes différentes les unes des autres.

Olympus France nous contacte pour organiser une garden party au sein de ses locaux afin de réunir leurs collaborateurs dans un climat convivial et favorable aux discussions.

Nous avons pour mission d’organiser un repas en toute simplicité accompagné de différentes animations pour égayer l’après-midi, d’un photobooth ainsi que d’un dj pour l’ambiance musicale.

La réalisation

Nous proposons à notre client plusieurs types de spécialités culinaires, son choix s’est porté sur une paella géante ainsi qu’une variété de desserts fruités.

En parallèle, afin de rendre cette garden party inouabliable, nous mettons en place des jeux en bois collectifs tels que le palet breton, le billard hollandais, le culbuto ainsi que le fameux baby-foot. Indémodable et intemporel !

L’ensemble des collaborateurs d’Olympus France profite d’un bar à vinyles, un concept original qui permet aux convives de choisir leurs propres musiques et de se laisser porter.

Enfin, chaque collaborateur repart avec un souvenir intarissable de cette journée, grâce au photobooth mis en place.

Le bilan

Cette garden party fut une réussite, Olympus France a pu réunir l’ensemble de ses collaborateurs le temps d’une après-midi afin de profiter d’un moment rempli de joie, de rire, d’échange et de partage. De quoi permettre à ses équipes d’être plus soudées que jamais !
