Le cahier des charges

Il s’agit de concevoir une série d’événements dans 7 régions de France afin de renforcer les liens entre les équipes régionales Sogetrel et leur client.

Un calendrier est mis en place : 1 événement par an pour chacune des régions ciblées sur une durée de 2 ans.

Pour la réalisation de ces 14 événements, le cahier des charges stipule qu’il faut trouver :

Un lieu sportif et collectif qui permette de recevoir une centaine de personnes, qui dispose idéalement d’un amphithéâtre pour les présentations et qui soit suffisamment attractif pour être visité ;
Un traiteur pour les déjeuners ;
Un intervenant emblématique en rapport avec le lieu/sport choisi.

L’objectif est de réunir les collaborateurs internes de la société Sogetrel et les acteurs régionaux de son client et ainsi, fédérer autour d’un projet commun sur le long terme.

La réalisation

Le thème pour cette première année de road show est le rugby.
Pourquoi le rugby ? Parce-que les principales valeurs de ce sport, respect et esprit d’équipe, sont parfaitement applicables à celles de l’entreprise.

D’ailleurs, la Direction Sogetrel souhaite aborder le thème de l’engagement avec ses intervenants sportifs.

Nous sélectionnons donc des stades de rugby, mythiques pour certains et architecturaux pour d’autres, dans chacune des régions et nous recherchons pour chaque événement des personnes imprégnées de ces valeurs et proches du terrain : coaches ou joueurs.

D’un point de vue culinaire et pour des raisons évidentes de convivialité, nous privilégions les cocktails déjeunatoires organisés par les meilleurs traiteurs locaux.

Les événements ont tous été de véritables succès ! Le format de ce road show a été apprécié par tous les participants. A renouveler !
